OABO AGM 2024

OABO AGM Saturday, May 25, 2024

Board of Directors positions open for election:
President
Vice-President
Provincial Supervisor

Secretary (the current appointment by the Board of Directors must be ratified)
Chris Baron, Tino DeCastro and Eric Jordan will each be standing for election, for President, Vice-President and Provincial Supervisor respectively. I have received each of their nominations by an OABO member in good standing. 

Any OABO member wishing to run for any of the three positions will need to be nominated by an OABO member in good standing by Thursday April 11, 2024. The nomination must include the following: name of the candidate; candidate's local board; position being nominated for; consent of the candidate to be nominated; name of the nominator; nominator's local board.

Procedures and Constitutional Amendments 

All proposed amendments must be submitted no later than Wednesday, March 27, 2024. Amendments must include the following: mover; mover's local board; seconder; seconder's local board; rationale for the amendment.
